Techniques Used
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is an excellent model for working with individuals, and it utilizes psycho-educational exercises to keep momentum flowing between sessions.

I utilize skills and techniques from the Gottman Method for working with Couples. I have completed levels 1& 2 Gottman Method training, and I continue to keep my skills current. I am also a certified Sex-Informed Couples Therapist. So yes, we can also talk about sex.
Gottman Method Couples Counseling
DBT is an evidence-based psychotherapy that can help when you struggle with behaviors or emotions that you cannot control. We will focus on coping skills that include mindfulness, emotion regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness.
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
Family dynamics can be complex, and they constantly shift. Some times you need help getting through stressful times, You may also want to focus on communicating more openly and growing closer. Family therapy is often short-term and it can include all family members or just those able or willing to participate.
Supportive Coaching
Narrative therapy helps you identify values, skills, and knowledge that influence you. Narrative therapy is a respectful, non-judgmental, social justice approach that ultimately helps individuals to externalize their issues rather than internalize them
